These Terms govern your use of the LifeWind app, provided by LifeWind Ltda. By tapping "Accept and continue", you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

LifeWind is a to-do list. You can type tasks or record audio; in the latter case, the recording is transcribed and organized into tasks by third-party artificial intelligence services, described in the Privacy Policy.

The app has no account or login. Your tasks, projects and settings are stored only on your device. If you delete the app or lose your device, this data may be lost; we don't back it up.

Voice recording and AI organization are part of LifeWind Pro, an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) charged to your Apple account. When there's a free trial, billing starts when it ends unless you cancel before then. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple account Settings. Refunds follow Apple's rules.

To keep the service sustainable, LifeWind Pro has limits: each recording can be up to 5 minutes long, and on devices that cannot transcribe on the iPhone itself, each subscriber can send up to 60 minutes of audio per month to the server. Minutes renew on the first day of each month. We may adjust these limits, with notice in the app.

AI-generated transcriptions and tasks may contain errors or omissions. Review your tasks before relying on them for important commitments.

Don't use the app to record people without their consent, for illegal activities, or to try to get around the service's limits, subscription or security.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, LifeWind Ltda is not liable for losses resulting from forgotten tasks, data lost on the device, or temporary unavailability of the AI services.
