Your tasks stay on your device. The only things that leave it are what you send to the AI (recordings and text), and that is processed and discarded, without being stored on our servers.

Tasks, projects, dates, reminders and settings are saved only in the app's local storage. We have no access to them. Reminders are notifications scheduled on the device itself.

When you record audio on an iPhone with iOS 26 or later, it is transcribed on the device itself and the audio never leaves it. On other devices, the audio is sent encrypted to the LifeWind server, which passes it to OpenAI for transcription. Either way, the text (or what you type) goes through the LifeWind server to an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to be turned into tasks. If you're offline, the recording or text stays only on your device until the connection is back. Your project names and today's date are sent along, so the AI can pick the right project and date. The LifeWind server doesn't store the audio, the transcription or the tasks: everything is processed and sent back to your device. According to these providers' policies, data sent through their API is not used to train models and may be retained for a limited time for security and abuse prevention.

The microphone is only used while you are recording, after you give the app permission.

Payments are processed by Apple; we don't receive card details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. It receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app, the subscription status and the total minutes of audio used in the month, which is how we apply the monthly limit.

Apple (App Store and payments), RevenueCat (subscription status), Expo (server hosting and app updates), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI transcription and organization). Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.

Under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law), you can request information about, correction of or deletion of your data. Since we don't store your tasks or recordings, most of your data is under your control on the device: deleting the app deletes everything. If this Policy changes in a material way, we'll let you know in the app and ask you to accept it again.
